There are a significant number of tasks and procedures to go through, these range from choosing a trading name, the type of company, where you will trade from, which bank to use through to notifying the relevant authorities.
Our approach is to undertake and deliver a variety of services to ensure your company starts with the best possible foundation for profitable growth. We will look to give you guidance to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the options in relation to establishing a trading business. We will also provide an external independent assessment of the businesses viability and that a market for the products or services does exist and that it exists at the volumes you expect.
Swindon Consultants will also ensure if required that the right legal documentation has been prepared and filed, helping to identify any additional restrictions on the activities in question. If you have bought a business, we will also advise in relation to potential claims against the business from former employees or ownership of intellectual property. We always look to identify grants or other financial incentives the business can utilise too and have a wide range of service providers aligned that can add real value to your business.
